This seems like some very heavy distortion no? Maybe similar to XC 16-50 at 16mm?

Wasn't sure if your comment about the image being "promising" was that distortion wasn't that bad, or if the extent of the distortion confirms the impending "bloodbath", as you termed it.

Yes, this is uncorrected and definitely quite hefty distortion. Not sure yet if we will see more flaws that get the review closer to a 'bloodbath', but the answer will be coming soon Smile
