Seeing all the wars going on I notice that "smart missiles" and drones became an essential part of modern warfare.
Plenty of people are dying around the world from drone strikes of guided missiles, leading me to say wish they never invented this thing.
Something extremely dangerous, some drones have artificial intelligence and kill without human intervention, this should be absolutely forbidden, you don't know when things go out of control... hackers are always waiting such opportunities. 
Lately I saw a small drone chasing a soldier trying to run for his life, till the drone gets to him and explodes killing him.
Technology should be used to make people lives better, not to kill people.

Unfortunately the alternative to drones which target precisely with small explosive charges is large glide bombs or general powerful missiles which kill more innocent civilians people indiscriminately by being less accurate and more powerful and being aimed at towns and villages especially in Ukraine .....

Russian war actions against civilians and innocent people are a crime against humanity and is banned/illegal punishable legally in court of human rights ..... do you think the president took any notice?

You can weaponize many things - even a simple kitchen knife or gardening fertilizer ...

One main issue: artificial intelligence shouldn't in any case be allowed to kill people, a simple bug might end in a disaster
