Thanks so much everyone,

That's clearly the 85/1.8 and the 16-85 <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

I'll let you know how it goes

In the end I took the 35/1.8 as well as the 85/1.8 and 16-85mm, and glad I did... it was good for shots outside, groups of a dozen people or so, and also for pics of singers and the band in the evening (that kind of wedding..! <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' />)

Hardly used the 16-85, though might have in a different setting...

The 85/1.8 was favourite most of the day - probably 2/3 or more of the pics I'll keep, and send to my friends, were taken with that lens... the more I use it the more I like it! <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />

Thanks again for all the help with this one, much appreciated

Ian
