I personally would like that out of production Canon EOS 50mm f1.0 L USM. Not going to happen, though. And a 300mm f4 DO without severe focal length shrinkage towards MFD and smooth bokeh. But, that is off topic, as you probably mean the amount of standard-ish focal length big aperture manual focus lenses for MILCs?

I think what might be needed is a big aperture longer portrait lens (like a FF 135mm f2 equivalent) with AF. So a 70mm f1.0 lens for MFT,  90mm f1.4 for APS-C. And maybe some tilt shift options?
