It indeed looks like a nice macro lens... But not for me on APS-C. The 90-105mm class is not my favorite for macro on APS-C, I found out the hard way. I prefer wider (24-55mm or longer (200-300mm).



On FF this 90mm looks to be lovely, and if I in future get an FF camera, this lens may well be a nice replacement for my old Tamron 90mm.
