Outside of a studio or similar controlled environment, I really dislike using extension tubes or closeup lenses. Using a macro lens is just so easier to get the right magnification you want by focusing. Also I wouldn't use the 50/1.8 since that has chronic field curvature when extended, and the Zeiss 50/2 is a far better starting point.
