Have a look at the NEX-6 - future Pen E-Ps/GX bodies are bound to feature integrated EVFs. Pana has now a 600 Euro gap between the G5 and the GH3, a GX2 with integrated EVF would fit nicely into this void. It would be good if Pana keeps a "high-end" rangefinder-style EVF-less GX1-like line of models though.

Hi Sammy,
Thanks for joining. I had a look on dpreview and looking at their size comparion of the NEX-6 to the Lumix GX1 is actually quite surprising. The NEX has a large sensor, a build in EVF and is only slightly larger. I see what you mean. On the other hand there are camers with build in finders in the mFT camp, but everyone seems to have settled on a pseudo SLR design (E-M5, G5, GH3).
From your answer, I take you also think the days of enthusiast finder-less cams are over (the E-P1/GF-1 was huge) and now this market demands a build in finder.
Perhaps I need to warm up to an E-M5 after all <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
Thanks again
Joachim
