I have a somewhat distant friend in Tokyo area who has mentioned Yodobashi quite a bit. Looks like they have a store near Yokohama station. Shin-Yokohama appears to be a few stops away.
I don't think any trip to Tokyo-area is complete without a visit to Akihabara anyway (the electronic district), and they have a store there too.
