My only question would be, why this lens comes with a NIKON hood <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> I guess its a typo in the specs table on the first page of the review.

Had one. Loved it dearly. Simply superb lens in all aspects. This is Canon's longest black lens, a feature which I appreciated a lot. Only sold it as it didn't have IS and that limited its low light capabilities.
