Also, all the statements that Nikon "designs" the sensor and then Sony manufactures them... sound rather dubious to me. I can see Nikon building side electronics and requesting some fine tuning but that would be about it.
I really don't know but it seems to me this Nikon - Sony relationship is sometimes a little overblown, often by "prediction gurus".
Can anybody point to some press release or literature about their partnership?
