Sounds affordable. Sigma Switzerland is pretty amazing in terms of service: Sometimes it was less than 5 days to get the lens back from service. They guarantee lifelong checks for free. I also sent in the 35/1.4 A which fell down to a wooden floor, there was just one of the flanges for the lens hood missing. And its as already out of warranty, so I was prepared to get a bill. Exchange of the lenshood mount was done for free.
