I made a small comparo for what it looks like at MFD for some portraits lenses on full frame and with crop

So if you want something close to a 50mm lens on crop sensors for full frame 85mm isn't exactly the same especially at close focus distances
(I took care of not using that odd word that always opens a can of worms)

Well I was just notifying him that things other than DOF would differ between APS-C and full frame and almost all 85mm primes have MFD around 85cm, which at least for me isn't enough
