Yes, "small" for what it is and it takes filters which is a must.
This Nikkor Z 14-24mm f2.8 measures 88.5mm x 124.5mm, according to Nikon.
The Sony 12-24mm f2.8 is only 1 centimeter longer, while being even wider.
The Canon 15-35mm f2.8 is about the same size (88.5mm x 126.8mm).
Small compared to DSLR lenses, but normal for mirrorless.
