Canon RF 50mm f1.8 STM is going to be small.

I think in terms of affordability the upcoming RF 100-400 IS (non-L) will be far more relevant than all the primes in the "budget" segment.
If you throw in the Samyang RF 14, you may some something that is feasible for "normal mortals".

The 70-200mm f/4 is probably less interesting.

FWIW, I still have the Sony 70-200mm f/4 G in my closet - I haven't shot a single image with it in the last 6 years. While "affordable" this lens class seems rather useless to me - too slow, too limited, too much overlap with any half-decent 70-300mm f/4.-5.6. But Ok, maybe it's just me.
