Restoring old Røde mic

I've retrieved my old Røde mic - it has been closed in its bag for several years. Still working, time slightly damaged 1 cm of the cable coating (easily fixed) and broke almost all of the small rubber pieces that are used in the mechanical damper. I hope I can find spares at eBay, but I am really unable to find the English name for them (actually I'm not sure even of the Italian counterpart)...
