Sony did it again: it looks like they managed to produce the best 70-200 f2.8 lens out there.
In fact, it beats the new Nikon Z 70-200 in all categories, while being smaller, lighter and with fewer lens elements (17 elements/14 groups vs 21 elements/18 groups)!
The "wide mount" talk from Nikon seems a bit difficult to swallow. Even if it allows for better theoretical designs, in practice Sony is manufacturing incredible lenses, often better than the competition, despite their so called limited mount.
