New OM systems 20mmf1.4 leaked

And yes it has OM systems logo and not Olympus.
Dunno if it's a smart thing, Sony is a big name so they could do with killing Minolta
But why kill the name Olympus for OM systems ? But maybe the brand name wasn't part of the selling deal...
Nonetheless it's good to see the system still thriving

I suppose they just start with the lenses. I'd guess the next-gen cameras will still be Olympus branded.

Fairly "compact".
Would be interesting to see how it compares to the Sony 40 f2.5 and Sigma 45 f2.8.
If the 17, 25 and 45 f1.2 pro lenses are an indication, it's likely to be sharper than the Sony and Sigma and with better rendering.

First hands-on review I happened to come across today:

Kind regards, Wim
Gear: Canon EOS R with 3 primes and 2 zooms, 4 EF-R adapters, Canon EOS 5 (analog), 9 Canon EF primes, a lone Canon EF zoom, 2 extenders, 2 converters, tubes; Olympus OM-D 1 Mk II & Pen F with 12 primes, 6 zooms, and 3 Metabones EF-MFT adapters ....

It surely is quite a bit more expensive than the Canon EF 40mm f2.8 STM. Also an interesting comparison, but surely the OM will focus faster.
The OM sure does render pretty nicely.
