Wireless ETTL, any tutorial ?
#1
Hi,

I am starting to learn about flash photography, till now I have been using the flash bounced on ceiling or reflector  however I am interested in starting work with multiple flashes.

I already have 580EX. 600EX RT,  youngnuo 600EX RT, and Sigma 550 DG super so I have the flashes, now I need to do the setup for controlling the flashes, any good online tutorial ?

Preferably a written tutorial with pictures not a video tutorial

A fantastic website about learning to light off camera.

You asked about a setup for controlling flashes off camera,  perhaps some simple wireless triggers. This is what I use, but there are loads of other options: http://www.phottix.com/en/phottix-strato-ii-multi.html

For off camera I would really go for manual flashes. Its not as difficult as it sounds.

580 EX and 600 EX are able of controlling other Canon  flahes without the need of transmitters and I should still have ETTL isn't that right ?
