EOS R7 has a rotating sensor: yes it can correct slight tilt not by cropping but by rotating the sensor, which IMHO a great addition.
Hopefully we will see a sensor capable of rotating 90 degrees, that would be extremely handy, especially for shooting in portrait mode with hot shoe speedlite bounced

That's nothing new. Just ask Pentax ;-)
I suppose Pentax's patent expired after 10 years.
Pentax has also an astro-tracer function (

Unfortunately, Pentax is just bad at marketing ...

Yes, I loved my Pentax gear (except for the really crappy AF). They were very innovative back then (starting with the K10D).
It's a shame they didn't jump on the mirrorless bandwagon. They had started early with the K01 but then stepped back instead of trying to pursue it first.
They could have made some awesome mirrorless body and pancake lenses to go with it! Their APS-C pancake lenses were uniquely great in the industry.
Oh well, too bad...

Funnily, the message made me look up the K-3 III again. What a nice DSLR. I was almost tempted ... almost.
