The A7R V is finally here. Hail to the boxing day sale, which made the price tag a little more bearable.

I had my “Christmas presents” already during the year (Sigma 105 f/2.8 macro, SEL200600G, Samyang 35mm f/2.8). What I'd really like for Christmas is some decent weather, since it has been ugly for several weeks now... :-(

My personal christmas was on Nov. 12th... the day I bought the Nikon Z9. The whole package, however, seems rather more expensive in total, and as yet incomplete, because now I also need a backup battery, a backup memory card, a card reader... all my stockpiles of SD cards have turned into pumpkins now.

Enjoy your X-mas presents guys!
As for me, I just received my Sigma 18-50 f2.8 in X-mount, ready for a ski trip :-)
I will report back here after a couple of weeks' use, eheh.
Happy Holidays!

A happy X-mas to everyone on OpticalLimits. First login after a long time. Live has been busy in the past years and photography took a backseat since. I still check back occasionally on this forum. If I take photographs, I am still on an Olympus mFT.
