Yes, but you have the 2 (3) Sigmas, at least
- 100-400mm f/5-6.3
- 150-600mm f/5-6.3
- (60-600mm f/4.5-6.3)
These are certainly "good enough" - but no Dual IS. And yes, something long from Pana is really needed.
Interestingly, Kai W (YT) did basically a whole video about how great the Sigma EF-L adapter is for using Canon EF lenses on the S5 II.

Simply for the time being they don't consider wildlife and sports as priorities to be covered, if you are interested there you should look elsewhere, they still consider themselves as a niche product, don't know how much is this good for them
To be fair - Panasonic is basically a synonym for video. And 99% of the video use cases end at 100mm.
