Strange Amazon things...

Sony a6500 new offered at 1.740,00 €, VAT included... 50€ more expensive than the a6700. Sometimes strange similar things happen at Amazon.

they have  a huge catalogue and they don't update everything

The latter is probably a collector item. :-)
But the a6500 is sold by an external seller.

Three things I've learned about shopping at Amazon. One, don't buy anything that isn't shipped directly from Amazon (and make sure it's in stock). Two, leave the item in your cart and within a few days the price will drop, or a coupon will appear. Both with a very good savings. Three, try a Google a search for an item and you'll often get more options than you get with the Amazon search.

I see the 6500 for $300US less than the 6700 for a body. With cameras I also find bundles and not so obvious accessories change the price. Like there's a A6600 with 18-135, flash, and a bunch of other accessories, most I would never use, for $20 more than the 6500 bundle.
