I watched the Petapixel review ..... for a few seconds it seemed interesting, however as the specs came out little by little it's bubble started to burst ..... piddly OVF ...... small sensor .... no hot-shoe ... tiny rear screen .... poor video .... oh and that vertical shooting ...... etc. .... trying to offset all that with Fuji's film style image look ....
btw. ... maybe I nodded off because I didn't notice there's no RAW files ......

For a few dollars more there's the Ricoh GRIII ....... no contest!

I have to admit that I struggle with these "luxury" digicam cameras conceptually.

Ok, the X-Half has its retro charm, but what's the appeal of all the others (GR, X100, etc.)

e.g. just take a Fuji X-M5 / Sony E6xxx / Pana G100D with a pancake lens.

PS: The X-Half has a 1-inch sensor. Which is fine. Nothing wrong with this when the camera is this small. However, yes, most smartphones have 1 inch sensors these days.

I will not be surprised if many self declared influencers will love this camera and it will become a hit amongst Instagram and other social media categories
This is where Fuji knows how to sell...
Personally I am not the least interested.
But someone who paid for a used x100V more than the price of some of the best cameras on the market brand new, will readily get this one.
