The link shows the AF calibration card kit to be £4 which is not expensive so you are unlikely to feel "fleesed"/
My call is though for normal shooting these tests are at too closer distance, my set up is a large square oil can placed on a gravel path at 3/6/10mts followed by an infinity skyline check, but that's just me. Certainly for your close up lens this economical calibration kit could be a worthwhile investment.
Any chance of a link to the close up lens, I take it it's a doublet?
