This may be my next purchase, it looks just about perfect.

Fuji claims the lens is optimized for distances from 1...3 m, not for max. resolution at infinity. So in that distance the performance is even stronger.

I was able to buy new 90/2 for ~600 USD in January. The lens is good but nuts in bokeh on closed apertures are shortcoming for me especially after 135/2 DC that I had on Nikon before. From other side 90/2 is much-much sharper than old Nikkor.

   It's "not" on the "lens review page" neither under Nikon FF nor APSc, I  meant to say "Lens Reviews"!
