Tilt/Shift lenses
#4
Thanks for your advice Markus and Brightcolours,

The tilt/shift adapter are quite expensive, so together with the cost of a MF lens it will not be cheaper than the TS-E 24mm I, so I think I will take your advice and will look for this lens or the Nikon PC 28mm.

By the way the person who sells the Canon TS 35mm f2.8, also sells an adapter for FD - EOS adapter, so it can be used on DSLR's: http://link.marktplaats.nl/478776970

Doesn't this work at all or just not properly or is it possible that there is an adapter anyway?

Best wishes,

Reinier

The TS 35mm f2.8 is an FD era lens, so it will not mount on EF. FD has a shorter lens to film distance too, so you can not solve it with a simple adapter.

If you are handy and have serious metal work skills/possibilities, you can convert the lens to EF mount though. It still is not very wide on FF, that 35mm.

I think Marcus' suggestions of the TS-E 24mm (mark I) second hand, or the old Nikon PC 28mm with Nikon F-mount to Canon EF-mount adapter are the simplest options, as you will want a wide lens and MF lenses on 135 format... just are not wide?
