Right, and it'll get you kicked out of a lot of places. Also think of the extra time needed to set it up and all the weight you'll hate carrying around. Of course for 30 sec. nightshots there's no real substitute (though when shooting Mt. Teide nightscapes on Tenerife I just "borrowed" a chair from an outdoor cafe <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
' />) but the IS is eminently useful in the "twilight zone".
