The Panasonic CM1 was quite close (1" sensor). 21m thickness including the lens (28mm equiv).
Hardware isn't everything, it had an old android, with RAW files issues, lumia 1020 had the best camera of its time and by a big margin, had it been an android phone with all the apps it would have had plenty of success, had Panasonic taken more care of the phone side of their camera (partnership is a good way) it would have had a lot of success
