Canon patented an adapter with cooling capacities
https://petapixel.com/2020/07/27/canon-patents-eos-r-lens-adapter-with-active-cooling-built-in/
but IMHO the last thing a videographer wants is a noisy fan that might also add some shaking......
what do you think ??

It all depends on the degree of noise.

Regarding the patent - I'm slightly wondering whether
* front cooling will suck in dust where you really don't want it
* front cooling is less efficient than rear cooling. I suspect that the protection glass / AA filter is a good isolator

Have always wondered why no cooling grip was made, IMHO if you want to put fans and extra batteries to operate them that's the ideal place.

How can a bottom mounted grip cool a camera? Plastic is a good isolator.

extra batteries and fans in the grip, air circulation to the camera, just like in a car the cooling unit isn't inside the engine

The engine does get cooled inside, by water channels and oil.

not all engines take for example the old iconic beetle

again I am not an expert nor a canon engineer, it's just an idea
