You forgot to mention the price of Fuji lens as well. It's 2x more expensive than Samsung, even when bought as a part of a kit.

Were we talking about price? I think not. We were talking about optical performance and the star rating, which you thought was incorrect. And I pointed out that it was more correct than you thought. Of course a lens which is a stop faster across the range is more expensive.... Nothing odd about that. More glass = higher price .
