Your point seems to be a moving target.... First it is about how it is a minus point when you can not just use EF-S lenses... now it is about how you have to switch lenses anyway when going FF. Odd.
Anyway, I am quite the typical APS-C user. I have 2 APS-C designed lenses, 3 EF mount full frame lenses (besides those, a number of other lenses usable on the camera).
I will have to change 1 (one) lens, were I to go to FF: the APS-C standard zoom. To get a FF standard zoom, obviously. How likely am I to switch to for instance a D600, when I will lose my nice 35mm f2 and my even nicer 70-200mm f4 L?
Not to mention the lenses I would like to have on FF, where Canon is the better choice.
Now if the D600 did have big plus points over the 6D (like a swivel screen like the 60D), it might make the decision more complex. But it does not have those... Both cameras are very comparable in capabilities.
